Shipping policy
Digital products are not shipped
E-books, member dossiers and deep dives are downloads. They carry no delivery address, no delivery time and no shipping cost. If your basket holds only digital products, checkout will not ask you for an address and will not add a shipping charge.
Physical products are made to order
Shirts, caps, mugs, posters, phone cases and swimwear are not held in stock. Each one is printed for you by a print provider after you order, and shipped directly from that provider's facility. That means an order passes through two separate stages, and both take time.
Stage 1 — production
Printing and finishing usually takes 2 to 7 working days. This is an indication, not a guarantee. It depends on the product, the provider and how busy they are.
Stage 2 — delivery
Delivery starts only once production is finished, so it is added to the production time rather than included in it. How long it takes depends on where you are and which provider makes your product. The delivery windows currently set in this shop run roughly as follows:
| Destination | Typical delivery window |
|---|---|
| United States | 2–5 business days |
| Australia, Canada | 2–5 business days on some products, 10–30 on others |
| European Union | 3–6, 5–10, 5–15, 6–11 or 8–20 business days, depending on the product and provider |
| Rest of the world and some non-EU European countries | 10–30 business days, up to 13–35 on some products |
These are the windows the carriers give the print providers. None of them is a guarantee. The exact window and the exact cost for your address and your basket are shown to you at checkout, before you pay — that is the figure to go by, because it is calculated for the actual provider handling your order.
Shipping costs
Shipping is charged per order and calculated at checkout from your address and the products in your basket. It is never hidden: you see the amount before you pay. Rates start at a few euros for a single item within Europe and rise with the destination and the number of items.
Where we ship
Destinations are determined at checkout. If an address cannot be served by the provider making your product, checkout will tell you rather than take your money.
If something goes wrong
A parcel that arrives damaged, misprinted or wrong is handled through the print provider's defect procedure, ending in a reprint or a refund. And regardless of whether anything is wrong, you keep your 14-day right to withdraw — see the refund policy and Cancel or withdraw an order.
