Cancel or withdraw an order

Step 1 — your right to withdraw

If you bought something here as a consumer, you may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days, counted from the day you receive the item. You do not have to give a reason, and the item does not have to be faulty. This is your statutory right in the EU and EEA, and this shop applies the same 14-day window to every customer, wherever you are.

You do not have to send anything back. For a valid withdrawal of a physical product that is not faulty, we refund you and you keep the item. There is no return address to write to and no return postage to pay.

Two things work differently and are explained in the refund policy:

• A product that arrived damaged, misprinted or wrong is a fault, not a withdrawal. Use this same form and say what is wrong; we will arrange a reprint or a refund with the print provider.
• Digital products are delivered immediately. You keep the 14-day right unless you expressly asked for immediate delivery and acknowledged that this ends the right.

Step 2 — confirm your withdrawal

Use the form below to confirm. Please include:

• your order number (it starts with #)
• the item or items you are withdrawing from
• the date you ordered and, if it has arrived, the date you received it
• the sentence: I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract of sale of the above goods.

We confirm every withdrawal by email to the address you give below, so you have it in writing. We refund within 14 days of receiving your notice, to the payment method you used.
